A website today must not only look good but also load quickly. Studies show that if a page takes longer than three seconds to load, more than half of the visitors leave – and Google automatically ranks it lower.
That’s why we developed our WebyFast templates to deliver maximum performance – from coding to image optimization.
Our templates are built with TailwindCSS, a modern framework that, unlike classic themes, does not load unnecessary design files. This means everything the template needs is directly integrated into the code – no redundant styles, no unnecessary scripts.
When a template is created, the design is compiled into an extremely small, optimized file that’s only a few kilobytes in size. This allows your website to load in fractions of a second, even on mobile devices.
A common mistake is using the wrong image format. Many still upload PNG or JPG files that are several megabytes in size. For example: an image at 600 × 400 pixels can be over 1 MB as PNG – but only around 100 KB as WebP. That’s a 10x difference – and it directly affects your loading time and Google ranking. That’s why we recommend (and use) only WebP images in our templates.
💡 Pro Tip: Help customers find you faster. When uploading your images, don’t just name them “image1.webp”. Instead, use descriptive filenames, for example: nagelstudio-lore-valencia.webp. This helps Google properly index your site. If someone searches for “Nail Studio Valencia”, your image can appear directly in the search results – helping new customers find you faster.
